The Journey to Flourish
For 35 years, as a Certified Financial Planner and owner of an independent wealth management firm, I sat across the table from women navigating some of life's most significant transitions—divorce, widowhood, retirement, inheritance, and career changes. I helped them build wealth and create financial security. And I learned that women wanted something far deeper than numbers on a balance sheet.
They wanted reinvention and a financial blueprint that included a pathway to transforming not just their relationship and results with money but also their health and wellness, careers, relationships, and pursuit of purpose and meaning in life. I watched as they discovered strengths and talents they didn't know they had. I witnessed transformations that had nothing to do with investment portfolios and everything to do with claiming who they were becoming next.
Those precious one-on-one conversations taught me something profound: women don't need fixing. They need space to grow, questions that make them think, and kindred spirits who understand the journey we are all on.
As a Certified Trainer of the Success Principles, professional facilitator, and Life Coach, I began creating spaces specifically designed for women's growth. Discussion groups. Masterminds. Coaching circles. And in every gathering, I noticed the same pattern:
When given the right questions and a safe environment, women talking together transform themselves. And each other.
A stranger would share a story that unlocked something in another woman. A vulnerable admission would create permission for someone else to speak their truth. Deep friendships formed. Life-changing insights emerged. And repeatedly, I heard: "I've been starving for conversations like this."
I'm living proof. At 70, I'm launching a business, reclaiming my voice, and creating something that I hope will serve thousands of women I'll never personally meet. My cards and a suite of empowerment products become my representatives, carrying these transformative questions into homes and hearts everywhere.
That's not winding down. That's flourishing.
My personal development journey began in 1998, and I’ve devoted myself to studying with the top mentors in the personal development industry, earning my coaching Certification in 2012.
In 2014, I wrote Reinventing Her: Helping Women Plan, Pursue and Capitalize on Their Next Chapter because I'd seen too many capable, accomplished women struggle with the question: "What now?"
The book captured what I'd learned from decades of growing myself and working with women in transition:

I started coaching women through my philosophy and reinvention system Reinventingher.com, helping them turn their dreams for a better life into reality.
In 2025, I sold my financial planning practice and moved to a new community across the country, launching an even richer chapter in my life journey.
Flourish is the natural evolution of my philosophy - transforming it from words on a page into tools women can use to explore their own reinvention, together with kindred spirits.
The tagline for Flourish - Growing with Kindred Spirits - emerged directly from the women I've worked with over the years. It's the language they use when describing what they're seeking: not just any social group, but a circle of like-minded women who understand that growth doesn't end at 30, 40, 50, or even 70.
